Always a promoter of the importance of training, IT solution, as in previous years, has made itself available to host young students on its premises who are undertaking study-work training courses, i.e. combining a theoretical part developed at the promoting institutes and organisations with practical experience in companies in the sector. And we have chosen to do so again this year, at a time of great uncertainty due to the Coronavirus pandemic, while respecting, of course, all the provisions on protection and prevention of the infection.

Starting this week and for about a month, we will be hosting Silvia, a young girl from Rovigo, on our premises as part of a post-diploma training course in the ICT sector. The two-year training course includes a theoretical part, which Silvia is developing at the Istituto Tecnico Superiore Kennedy in Pordenone, and a practical part of field experience in companies in the sector. This post-diploma training course aims to create a preferential channel for young people to enter the world of work.

Silvia, who had previously studied technical subjects (accountancy, IT branch), came to IT solution having already heard about our company and with the desire to further deepen her ICT knowledge in order to become a professional figure specialised in the sector.

IT solution enthusiastically welcomed the girl, aware of the importance of training opportunities in the field, but also of the relationships that are established between institutes and training bodies and the fabric of SMEs.
