Duemila S.r.l. manages two important accommodation facilities in the Dolomites: the Hotel Maribel and the Malga Montagnoli Restaurant.

The Hotel Maribel is located in Madonna di Campiglio in total harmony with the surrounding environment: attention and respect for the environment are the basis of the values ​​that we intend to transmit to the guests of the structure.
The hotel is, in fact, a 4 Star Superior bio-architecture construction, which allows our guests to savor the warmth of the larch wood used to cover the façade, roof, floors, walls and beds. Wood skilfully interacts with other skilfully worked materials: stone, glass, wrought iron, natural and precious fabrics.
In addition to the hotel restaurant, it is possible to taste traditional Alpine dishes in a characteristic stube. The hotel is also equipped with a wellness center.

The Malga Montagnoli Restaurant, located in the Malga Montagnoli – Monte Spinale Ski Area, is a warm and welcoming refuge on the ski slopes.
In winter, the restaurant is ideal for a break during ski days, for lunch or just to regenerate the body with something warm and tantalizing. In the evening, moreover, it is possible to reach the restaurant with the snowcat for an intimate and romantic dinner or in the company of friends.
In summer the restaurant welcomes lovers of good food, during the day with the possibility of outdoor lunch, in the evening for a dinner in a refuge. The restaurant can be reached on foot (coming down from Monte Spinale or going up from Campo Carlo Magno) or more comfortably by car.


The intervention of IT solution


Duemila S.r.l. makes contact with IT solution towards the end of 2018 presenting the need to strengthen its presence on the web, in particular as regards the hotel located in Campo Carlo Magno in Madonna di Campiglio and better known as Hotel Maribel.
Hotel Maribel already has its own website, however navigation on it is not particularly intuitive: there is a large amount of information but not easy to find. The average user who browses the site to organize their holiday can, in fact, easily reach the pages of the rooms, leaving out other useful information such as the additional hotel services, the events scheduled in the area and the numerous sports opportunities that offers the surrounding mountain.
Given its enormous potential, the hotel does not even take advantage of free promotion channels such as, for example, the main social networks such as Facebook.

Later, on the occasion of the Covid-19 pandemic, Duemila S.r.l. He again asked for the intervention of IT solution in order to adapt the service provided at the Malga Montagnoli Restaurant to the provisions imposed to limit the risk of contagion. In particular, it was appropriate to find an alternative solution to the presence of paper menus on the restaurant tables.

Again with a view to preventive measures against coronavirus contagion, Duemila S.r.l. presents to IT solution the need to increase the safety of its structure and its guests to guarantee them a peaceful and worry-free stay.


IT solution, having heard the owner’s needs and once carried out an in-depth analysis of the web presence of the Hotel Maribel hotel structure, found the need to carry out a restyling of the website both from an aesthetic point of view and to ensure ease of navigation and information retrieval by the end user. The Internet has therefore been reorganized, the content management has been rigorously formulated with the aim of not losing the good indexing on search engines that the site already enjoyed; all accompanied by multimedia contents.
As a corollary to the restyling of the site, a Facebook page dedicated to the hotel was created in order to keep alive the contact between the structure and the consolidated guests of the hotel, but also to attract the attention of new potential customers.

To meet the need to eliminate paper menus at the Malga Montagnoli Restaurant, IT solution proposed the creation of special web environments for the publication of the restaurant menu. The restaurant customer accesses these environments from his mobile device through a dedicated QR code available at the table: on the web page that opens he has the menu available and can select the items he wishes to consume in such a way as to “keep them in memory” and communicate them then to the restaurant staff who go to the table.

To meet the security needs of the structure and guests, IT solution installs the Covid-19 thermal imaging camera at the hotel reception, for temperature monitoring, verification of the presence of the mask and facial recognition.
